I am a traumatic brain injury (TBI) survivor. Overcoming a TBI is one thing, but accepting your TBI is the first step. You may question, how do I love something that I do not know any more or fear? The truth is, it's like your TBI; there is not one right way to move forward. Instead, let's create your new you. I understand what relearning life is all about; you're not alone. There are many stages one may experience through their TBI. Seek your truth while uncovering the TBI layers that become cumbersome to manage. Who better to chat to than a TBI-er herself?
I solely work with women who have a TBI/sustained a TBI.
