We all have goals and aspirations in life, yet many of us make excuses as to what is standing in the way of accomplishing these said goals.
My advice, point the finger at yourself and ask, "what are my goals"?
After you identify a goal or two or three or four. What is stopping you from getting started?
The GOPHER model to the left is what I used in 2012, when I had woken up from a coma and started on a mission to rebuild my life. This method and plan has influenced my pathway and allowed me to create the space to design and build what I felt guided to form.
