Cancelation Policy

I am committed to you and your success. I am ready help you GOPHER your dreams into reality. My policies are outlined below, everything else is on a case by case basis. All sessions are scheduled 24 hours in advance. No shows, reschedule or a cancelation without notice 24 hours prior will be charged full price for missed session. In addition, the GOPHER program (GOPHER booklet and 9-1-on-1 coaching sessions), a full refund is available to you after the first session shall you decide you do not want to continue with the program. To receive this refund, you must notify me in writing within 24 hours after the initial session. Failure to do so will forfeit your opportunity for a refund. One-time sessions are non-refundable. I am a Certified Life Coach, not a counselor, therapist or medical professional. I provide you the encouragement to reach your goals through finding your voice - not by treating illness.
